Marinella,
the Grand Dame of the Greek Song, and Antonis
Remos,
the most popular Greek singer of his generation, will
travel to North
America in a few months to give a series of live concerts in Canada
and the United
States.
Regarded as a Greek music icon, Marinella is one of the most productive and long-lasting singers who has been working professionally in Greek music scene since 1957 and now has completed sixty consecutive years of career. She has released more than sixty personal albums and has participated in many albums projects of fellow Greek artists. Her popularity rose in the 1970's and 80's with a string of successful albums and live shows. Undoubtedly, one of the best representatives of Greek music, she developed new standards for live shows in the Greek nightclubs, introducing costumes, dancing, special lighting effects etc. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy her on stage.
With the 1996 release of his self-titled debut album, Antonis Remos emerged as one of the premier Greek pop stars of his generation. He has travelled all around the world and people follow him in his concerts and are eager for his songs. He has performed live with huge names of the international music scene. His latest studio album, titled “Spasmena kommatia tis kardias (Broken pieces of the heart)”, has already gained platinum status on the first week of release.
